Our objective is to recruit highly motivated, experienced and quality Social Workers within children and adults social work departments. There is a significant shortage of permanent Social Workers across the UK and our sole focus is to work in partnership with the Local Authorities in recruitment and retention, so that vulnerable children, adults and families have consistent and reliable Social Workers who can support them to achieve the best outcomes.
